CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
INDIVIDUAL LESSON CANCELLATIONS:
All initial scheduled lessons must be cancelled 24-hours prior to the scheduled lesson time or you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee - the remaining balance will be refunded to your original form of payment and you will need to schedule a new lesson through our site. If you cancel your lesson 24-hours or more in advance, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Rescheduled lessons that are cancelled, regardless of timing, will be charged a 25% cancellation fee - the remaining balance will be refunded to your original form of payment.
PROGRAM/GROUP LESSON WITHDRAWAL & MISSED LESSONS:
Withdrawal from our programs must be made 1-week prior to the program start. If your withdrawal request is received less than 1-week from the program start date, you will be charged a 50% withdrawal fee - the remaining balance will be refunded to your original form of payment. Once the program has started, there will be no refunds or rescheduling for missed lessons.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:
In the event of poor weather conditions, we will cancel all lessons and reschedule free of charge. If rescheduling is inconvenient, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
HERITAGE TENNIS CANCELLATIONS:
In the event that Heritage Tennis needs to cancel your lesson, we will offer to reschedule free of charge or offer a full refund to your original form of payment.
